Description of Services
DryftLabs provides a cryptocurrency offramp service, allowing users to convert supported digital assets into fiat currency (Nigerian Naira).
DryftLabs does not:
- Operate as a cryptocurrency exchange
- Offer crypto-to-crypto trading services
- Store user private keys or wallet seed phrases
Users are responsible for sending cryptocurrency from their own external wallets.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of their accounts
- Ensure that transactions originate from legitimate sources
Users must not use DryftLabs services for:
- Fraud or illegal financial activity
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Circumventing financial regulations
Transaction Processing
Transactions are processed based on blockchain confirmations and internal risk checks.
- DryftLabs may delay, review, or reject transactions if suspicious activity is detected
- Transaction times may vary depending on network conditions and banking systems
Limitation of Liability
DryftLabs is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect wallet addresses
- Blockchain network failures
- User errors
- External banking delays
- Unauthorized access due to compromised user credentials
Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and may involve significant financial risk. Please double-check all transaction details before proceeding.
Account Suspension
DryftLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in suspicious or illegal activity
- Fail to complete required identity verification
Service Availability
DryftLabs strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, system updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect service access.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
